Standard Business Terms and Customer Information
These Business Terms apply to purchases made through swagmerch.co.uk.
I. STANDARD BUSINESS TERMS
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) These Business Terms apply to all contracts concluded between you and SWAG GIVEAWAYS LTD, trading through swagmerch.co.uk, for the purchase of products offered on our Website.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, any alternative terms proposed by the customer shall not apply.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

(3) The purchase process through the online shopping cart operates as follows:
Products intended for purchase are added to the Shopping Cart.
You may access the Shopping Cart and review, remove or change products before proceeding to checkout.
After accessing the Checkout page, you will be asked to provide the information required to process your order, which may include:

§ 3 Payment and Reservation of Ownership

(2) Products remain the property of SWAG GIVEAWAYS LTD until payment for the relevant order has been received in full.
§ 4 Consumer Rights and Warranty

If you are a Consumer resident outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
(2) If you are a Consumer, disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory right a Consumer may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
(3) If you are a Business Customer, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Business Terms or any contract concluded with SWAG GIVEAWAYS LTD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
